On July 8, 2021, we screened the documentary film “Bad Memories”, by Marine Courtade and Christophe Busché, on children born of rape following the Rwandan genocide of 1994.

This projection was followed by the intervention of Ajna Jusic, a child born of war rape in Bosnia-Herzegovina and member of the Scientific Committee of the association; Mildred Mapingure, survivor and mother of a child born of rape in Zimbabwe; and Sabine Lee, Professor of Modern History at the University of Birmingham, leading research and advocacy on conflict-related sexual violence and children born of war.
